Your data
Privacy policy
A plain-language summary of what we collect and why. Last updated July 2026.
1. What we collect
Your account details (username and email), the text you submit for translation, and — when you use voice features — the audio streams needed to transcribe your speech. We also collect basic technical logs (errors, performance metrics) to keep the service working.
2. How audio is processed
Voice and tab-audio streams are transcribed using Google Cloud's speech-to-text service; audio is processed to produce the transcript that drives the signing avatar. We do not build voice profiles and we do not sell audio or transcripts.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not use your conversations to target you with anything.
4. Cookies
We use an authentication cookie to keep you signed in. That's the load-bearing one; we do not run third-party tracking cookies.
5. Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, at any time — reach us through ; we read every message.
